Tycoon Blogger – PR3

I am having a great day.  I always enjoy when Google updates their Page Rank.  It is an event that happens only four times a year and most webmasters and blogmasters wait with great anticipation to see if their site went up or down.  As you know, Google’s page rank is a numerical grade from 1-10 that google uses to determine how important your site is.  I am happy to report that Tycoon Blogger has gone from pr0 to pr3 in a little over 6 weeks.  I guess the tips and posts I have been writing about how to promote your blog really work.   OK, I will get off my high horse now.  I really want to thank the blog owners that have helped me along, especially those that included me in their blog roll when I had nothing to offer and for the blog owners that allowed me to guest post on their more established blogs.  It is in this vain that I would like to announce that I am open to link exchanges with other bloggers in this blogging niche.  Write me a comment below or send me a message through the comment form.  I am a big believer that to be truly successful in blogging or business in general it takes people helping people.

I also wanted to let you know that my Blog Directory got bumped up to PR3 too.  Go ahead and submit your blog now for free.

Thanks for the post! I finally crawled up to 2 and seeking some backlinks from fellow bloggers now. As Azzk said, PR3 is pretty good in itself, and it’s difficult to be higher than a 4 without being a large network. So congrats

Good job, my personal blog just went up from 0 to 1, so I was happy about that because I hadn’t really done all that much to promote it. You do have good content, so you deserve your 3!

Good result getting a PR3 as on the last update my minor site went from 2 to 3 but my main site went from 2 to 1. Are you finding any increase in traffic since?

I have never really understood page rank. My main blog has gone from PR3 to 1 and now 2 without any really change in daily traffic.

Nowadays a PR 3 is already good enough. Google is not so generous with the PR anymore.

    Congrats on the PR 3.

That is brilliant work there is nothing better than to visit your own website and see that little grey box go to Green, meaning your hard work has been rewarded.
