I was trolling around the Digital Point forum earlier today and I came across a cool site I wanted to share with you guys. The site is iliketoblog.com and it is basically a link exchange platform for bloggers. What you do is register your site and when you are accepted you can search for other blogs in your niche and then request a link exchange. You can easily check out the Alexa rank and PR to see if it would be a good swap. The coolest part is that they have developed a plugin, so once you accept, the links are added automatically. Their tag line is “Think of it as a dose of exposure, page rank juice and traffic rolled into one easy to use service.”
If you have been following my blog you know that I have been trying out a variety of promotional methods to promote my blog. As always, I will report back and let you know if this is a dud or if it is worth trying. I am going to give this one a few months as it looks like a brand new service, there are only 100 blogs signed up at this point. I suspect as more bloggers join the program they will be adding other service offerings. That is what I would do!

Here is another resource where bloggers can find relevant link exchange partners for deep link exchanges (link exchanges between individual internal pages, not only site-wide blogrolls):

Thanks for the tip.
Looks promising, checking it out right now…
Hi Dan thanks for the post. I am the co-owner and lead developer for iLikeToBlog.com. We launched the service in BETA at christmas and in the early hours of this morning we released our new version, which now allows for multiple blogs and advanced functionality.
You’re correct about us expanding the services as we get more bloggers to join. So far feedback has been positive. The biggest feature we will be offering soon is three way exchange, so bloggers will get just one way backlinks, which are more preferred to reciprocal.
Thank you for the post.
