I am four days into this blog and I have some of the basics set up. I have changedthe theme, added a new logo, activated the “seo” plugin and added some content. Today, I took some time and started to work on adding my blog to some free blog directories. I have done a good deal of research on this topic and have submitted to the top 10 Free Blog Directories, all of which have a PR of 5 or 6. I have not submitted to BlogCatalog.com or Technorati yet because they accept established blog only. Here is the list that I submitted to so far:

This is a pretty good start, I will continue to add to directories and of course I will let you know which ones.

Try going to a site called SearchEngine.com and type in Indian Search Engines or Indian blog directories, that should get you some traffic.
