I just wrapped up my first month of advertising on the Adgitize network. For those of you that are not familiar with Adgitive, they are an advertising site for bloggers. You can put their widget on your blog and make money by displaying ads. You can also advertise and place your ads on all of the blogs in their network. The advertising charge is $14 a month. Before I signed up, I heard that it is possible to make that money back and then some. I am happy to report that statement is TRUE. Here is how it works, if you advertise on their network you get 100 points per day, you also get 100 points for each day that you update your blog with a post. You can also earn 100 points for clicking on 50 blogs per day. More points are earned to the number of ad views. I have found that if you are averaging around 360 points per day you will be on track to make your investment back.
Here are my results:
Needless to say, I am very happy with Adgitize and I will be including them in my blog promotion strategy moving forward. You may be wondering how much time or effort is needed to achieve these results. The answer is not much, the key is to update your blog daily or at least 6 times a week. It takes about 20 minutes to click on 50 ads and I combine this with Entrecard so I can will two bird with one stone.

Seems good and congrats on the traffic and FREE advertising Dan! Anyway, I’ve actually tried to be a publisher instead of a advertiser with Adgitize, I didn’t have a good experience with them. But seems that being an advertiser could make money as well. I’m going to take a look on this. Thanks Dan for sharing the ideas!
