Some of you may have noticed the diagonal banner ad that is being displayed on the right top corner of my blog. I received hundreds of questions and comments about it in the last week…just kidding, but I did receive one question so I thought I would answer it in a post and maybe somebody else would be interested.
The wordpress plugin is appropriately called Diagonal Advertising Banner, here is a link if you want to download it directly from the wordpress plugin site. There are a couple of really cool features with this banner ad plugin. For one you could fully customize it what ever color you want. You may decide to have it blend in with your blog or you want to pick a contrasting color to draw more attention to it. The other cool part is that you can use it to link your text. Currently, I just have it linking back to my home page. There are so many different uses for this, you can link to your twitter account or rss sign up form. For all you affiliate marketers out there, this is a great place to put your link in cash in on those affiliate sales.
The upper right hand corner is such valuable real estate and this plugin helps you take advantage of it.
Nice plugin – although those kind of ads annoy me, It may work on a couple of my sites

Banner ad makes the blog more interactive and efficient for followers. Banner as provides much profit that simple link love. In banner link you can show your sites little image to followers.
Great post. I had been wondering how you got that setup. I will look into that plugin, if I ever end up needing something like that.

Hmmm very useful info, Such diagonal banner makes the blog appearance more attractive and meaningful, I would like to add one question that is it for only payed wordpress bogs or anyone.
