Free Keyword Rankings Tool – a must for bloggers and webmasters

As I wrote last month, I am addicted to blogging stats and I am sure many of my fellow bloggers and webmasters are as well.  That is why I am so excited about this new free keyword rankings tool that I found today/  The site is called RockinSEO.com and it is free and simple to use.  All you do is sign up and add your top 20 keywords.  Then a report is automatically generated and it shows you how well you are doing in ranking for your top keywords.  You can rate yourself against your top 3 competitors and you can also check out your stats across Google, Yahoo, and MSN.  As you can see from my graph below, I have my work cut out for me on my top keywords.  Well, time for me to do some link building.

How did you guys make out on your keywords?

What tools do you use to check out your keywords ranking?

Free is always good. I especially like the idea that you can see how your keywords rank against all three search engines at one time instead of checking each one individually.

I have registered and waiting to test.

    Thanks.

Keywords are always helpful in searching Google. Though you need to be very specific in putting the keywords and searching it so that the result of your research would be more congruent on what you are looking for.

Hello I find statcounter a definite must. Although I do suggest using analytics just as much statcounter is better for checking keyword stats more quickly and effeciently. I must admit I’m a bit addicted to both. Stats are everything and I don’t know how I’d get by without them.

    Hi.

I’m using Market Samurai since the beginning. Meanwhile they also have a Rank Tracker included. So from within one tool you can do a lot of different tasks. So if you already own it, you should take a look at the new version

    Thanks a lot
    Dan

Looks like a nice tool, I’ve been using a manual online tool that gives pretty detailed results but does require you to type in the keywords each time you want to check your rankings. This looks like it could save alot of time.

I’ve used it few months ago, but the status of my blog kept on NR, so there was nothing for me to compare with the competition and I didn’t know how my blog ranking was going on. So I didn’t use it anymore.

Anyway, that’s really a great keyword ranking tool, that would be great if my blog status was not turned into NR. ;)

    Regards,
    Lee
