The interview feels a bit stiff, even though it was interesting. My advice for you next time would be to create questions that are specific for the person you are interviewing.
- “In 2003 you did x. What have this resulted in?”
- “I read your post about x a few weeks ago. Why did you y?”

Stafan >> Those are good pieces of advice. Personalize the interview and it would probably end up being a bit more effective.

Well, the interview looks a “Quick Interview” as the answers are like one liners but it tells everything about the question asked.
Thanks for taking his interview as I got to know more about him.

I think the questions were good enough for such an interview, in due time, I’m sure Dan Keller will become much much better with interviews. To be honest, this is the first interview I’ve read on this blog, so maybe it’s on purpose?
However, I think that ZK guy was a bit stiff, or is it just me? Nevertheless, the information we came looking for in the interview was delivered without hiccups
